Oh dear. Ahh, the only illegal thing I've experienced here is that I smelt marijuana and then after a while, it was in the monthly strata meeting that someone got arrested. XD I hear/see a lot of sirens and stuff, though. It's kind of funny how it seems that when young people ↑, police presence ↑.
