But on a positive note, I finished my midterms and did okay on them despite me doodling in class and not listening, although I'm probably losing my 4.0. That's what I get for not paying attention... *sigh* Maybe I can pull it back up in the final exams?

I actually do mean watch because my friend gave me all the episodes. I'll read it once it's finished so I can buy the manga altogether.

First year for me was too easy, because I know most of the stuff they teach. So second year is a lot different, plus I don't have any slacker courses this year (like calculus)

Aww. but... isn't the anime so ugly? I couldn't make myself watch it beyond ep 01 and two random eps to see if the animation underwent nuclear changes like OP. The manga is infinitely better.

... only you, dear, would call calc a slacker course. I think, for a lot of my stuff, it's review, 'cause there are only so many theories people can develop and once I know them, it's easy to just apply it, but I have to learn more structure stuff like methodology and sort of uh, memorize the Crim. Code along with three million cases and years, but other than that, I'm not worrying too much about new things 'cause it's not like people will come up with a new theory in the next year. I wonder if I should take intro forensics next semester. I hope we get to go to a morgue!

I've been meaning to ask: who's that dark+long haired, kimono-wearing chick with the attitude who was intro'd in Junjou v10 [I think]? Don't tell me she's Haruhiko's fiance or something equally disgusting. I miss Egoist and Terrorist. v07-10 doesn't have much of them. Have you seen Takahiro's kid? So cute! So many new chara like mysterious random guy who picked something up, Usagi-cousin, and Nowaki's doctor friend. Her art also changed a lot since v01, esp. Misaki.
